Shipping + Returns

PROCESSING
We strive to process + ship all orders within 3-5 business days.
Occasionally, due to high volume or other external factors, processing + shipping may take a day or two longer.

We are unable to make changes to orders once it has been placed, however, if a situation arises that you do need to make changes, please fill out our contact form with your order # and details + we'll do our best to help.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 within the US. Free shipping applies to order subtotals of $75 or more after discounts have been applied, and before taxes.

Once we print your shipping label, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking information. Please be advised that shipping information may take up to 48 hours to update within the USPS tracking system once your label has been created.

Once picked up by the carrier, it can take 3-10 business days to arrive, please be advised that this may vary depending on your shipping destination & current USPS transit times.

Once shipped, an order's tracking & transit time is outside of our control. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time, but will do our best to assist you in reporting missing or stolen packages to the authorities + provide whatever documentation we can to assist.

RETURNS
Spruce Lodge Wax Co is only able to accept returns + exchanges for defective products. If there is something wrong with your order, please reach out to us via our contact form and let us know what your issue is and we will do our best to make it right. We are unable to cover any return shipping costs, other than in the case of damaged or defective items.
